What a wonderful evening we had Oct 12th to celebrate Founder’s Day on A∆K’s 75th anniversary year! Congratulations to all those who helped plan the event. The Innsville was a lovely location, beautifully decorated with purple and yellow accents, along with lovely fall décor. The meals were delicious. The strong camaraderie among members of Psi, Rho and Sigma was evident. Ontario President Marg enjoyed the event so much, recognizing the connections between members. We certainly are “Sisters In Synergy”!
Congratulations to Psi member Barb for a very thought provoking presentation on National Toilet Day. This turned out to be a strong conduit for junior students to begin to have an awareness of World Understanding and caused us to consider how fortunate we are to live in Canada, but also a call to action to meet the challenges even within Canada.
The evening was a very special event as Psi Chapter initiated our new member, Jane E. Congratulations to Jane as we welcome her to our organization. The stars were aligned as Jane was the winner of the 50/50 draw, with the other half going to the Hamilton Regional Indian Centre.
